Return & Refund Policy for Fyter

At Fyter India Pvt Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. This policy outlines the terms under which returns are accepted and clarifies our strict no-refund stance.
1. No Refund Policy
Fyter India Pvt Ltd follows a strict no-refund policy.
- Once an order is placed and processed, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- This applies to all payment methods.
If you’re expecting flexibility here, that’s not how this business is set up. Instead, the focus is on resolution, not reversal of payment.
2. Replacement / Resolution Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will resolve the issue as follows:
- If the same product is available → Replacement will be provided
- If the product is out of stock or unavailable →
- We may upgrade the product to a better fabric or higher variant
- Any additional cost will be borne entirely by Fyter India Pvt Ltd
No downgrades. No extra charges to the customer. We fix the problem properly.
3. Eligible Reasons for Returns
Returns will only be accepted under the following valid conditions:
a. Product Mismatch
- You received a different product than what you ordered
b. Damaged or Defective Product
- Fabric is torn
- Visible damage
- Manufacturing defects
c. Incorrect Size Delivered (from our end)
- Wrong size sent compared to the order placed
d. Quality Issues
- Major stitching defects
- Significant deviation from product description
If your reason doesn’t fall into one of these, don’t expect approval.
4. Non-Eligible Return Conditions
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Minor color variation due to screen differences
- Slight measurement variations (industry standard tolerance)
- Products used, worn, washed, or altered
5. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Order ID
- Clear images/videos of the issue
- Send request via:

Late requests will be rejected. No exceptions.
6. Return Approval & Pickup
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide shipping instructions
- The product must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags intact
If the product fails a quality check upon return, the request will be rejected.
7. Resolution Timeline
- Return review: 2–4 business days
- Replacement dispatch: 5–7 business days after approval
8. Important Notes
- Fyter India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to deny returns if misuse or fraud is suspected
- Repeated return abuse may lead to account restrictions
- Final decision rests with Fyter India Pvt Ltd after inspection
